No smoking is allowed. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. Smoking inside will result in a minimum $1,000 charge.

House Rules
Quiet time after 9 pm
Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 9 pm. We're a small community on Chief Lake with year-round residents.
No parties
No parties are permitted. If a party is reported you may be asked to vacate the rental without a refund.
No pets
No pets inside or on the grounds. Evidence of pets will result in a minimum $250 charge.
Number of guests
The number of people occupying the property must be disclosed at the time of rental. At no time can the number of persons at the property exceed the maximum occupancy.
Age requirements
You must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
