Housekeeping and staff are scheduled well ahead of your departure - thank you for your understanding.
Strip used bed sheets and pillow cases. Place bed linens and used towels in the laundry room or bathroom - please keep towels separate from the bed linens. If beach towels were used, shake them free of sand before bringing them inside.
Clean any used dishes or load them in the dishwasher and start it. Properly dispose of any food or drinks you brought. If you used the gas grill, please clean it.
Please leave all furniture - indoors and out - and other items in the same place you found them.
Rinse off and return life jackets to the rack in the garage. Rinse the paddle boards, kayaks and paddles free of sand and return them to the racks. Make sure the paddleboat cover is back on, and the boat is pulled up onto shore and secure.
Put all trash into the two cans in the garage. Recycling isn't collected by the city - bring it to the self-service drop-off by the Manistee County Fairgrounds in Onekama, by Portage Lake.
In warm months, turn the HVAC system OFF (living room thermostat). In colder months, set HEAT to 60 on the living room thermostat and on both downstairs thermostats.
Please double (and triple) check that windows and doors weren't left open on your way out.
